Σ went back to the 2T earlier today. For the first time in the better part of a week, things are quiet around here.

After such an eventful few days, I found myself more exhausted than I reckoned. I took a nap this afternoon. For the first time in a while I very seriously thought about skipping today here at SB. Ah, but what would me public think? Yes, all seven of you ….
Upon reflection I realized I didn’t have to do that. Writing, after all, is simply a form of communication. Communication is pointless without experience. Well, then experience it shall be!
So I resolved to go to the library and do some grocery shopping. You know, all that mundane stuff. Today’s bachelor-esque highlight? I bought toilet paper before I ran out.
I honestly don’t remember the last time I did that.
I know it’s Tuesday but there’s no other writing advice today, other than don’t commit yourself to writing a blog entry every day. Not if you value your sanity, anyway.
Then again, if you aspire to write like I do, I suppose sanity is not high on your list of your priorities to begin with.
